Floor Technician

Description SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is currently looking to hire a hard working and driven Lead Floor Technician with a passion to exceed and grow within our company. We are a complete flooring maintenance and restoration service company specializing in the care of carpet, hard surface, and natural stone.
As a Floor Technician, you will be on the front lines of surface care services to our valued clients. You may be responsible for a variety of services (including but not limited to):
- Carpet
- Vinyl (VCT/LVT)
- Hardwood
- Laminate
- Ceramic Tile & Grout
- Natural Stone (Marble, Granite, Terrazzo, Travertine, Limestone, Slate, etc.)
- Concrete (Polished & Sealed)
- Rubber Flooring
- Specialty surfaces
- Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision)
- Life Insurance
- Paid Vacation & Holidays
As a Floor Technician, you will be on the front lines of surface care services to our valued clients. You may be responsible for a variety of services (including but not limited to):
- Cleaning floors and other commercial surfaces for large facilities
- Restoring and maintaining all types of surfaces listed above
- Operating commercial cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, and wet/dry vacuums
- Traveling to client work sites and surrounding areas (vehicle provided) to complete scheduled work orders
- Ability to learn new maintenance techniques and processes
- Works well in a dynamic team environment
- Honesty and integrity
- Responsible and hardworking
- Great attitude and eagerness for growth
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our office (if not using company vehicle)
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
