Bookkeeper

Pay: $22-$24 per hour

Location : Grand Forks

Our client is looking for a self-motivated Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of their busy Grand Forks operation. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and helping keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and financial records

• Prepare and maintain financial reports

• Enter and verify invoices, payments, and deposits

• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation

• Maintain organized accounting files and records

• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities

• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members regarding account inquiries

• Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with accounting software preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Work Environment:
This position is office-based within an active tire and service facility. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial environment that may include noise, dust, and regular interaction with shop personnel. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, supporting both office and operational staff.
