We have 23 locations throughout the Pacific Northwest spanning Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Thermal Supply Inc. is a wholesaler of Refrigeration, Heating, Air Conditioning Equipment, Parts, and Supplies. Thermal Supply Inc., is seeking a skilled individual for our Warehouse Lead position with our organization at our location in Fife, Washington.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the pulling of orders as well as unloading incoming product, inventory and organization of the warehouse. The Warehouse Lead will delegate work to warehouse employees in as well as assist them with the aforementioned tasks.

Position Responsibilities May Include:

• Oversee the pulling of orders for HVAC and Hearth/Garage Door Divisions.
• Oversee the unloading of inbound product.
• Organize the warehouse to ensure a flow that provides for efficiency in pulling product.
• Cycle count inventory.
• Take communication from Schedulers regarding stock checks, changes to orders and the transfer of product from location to location.
• Participate in additional projects/activities to support ongoing business needs

Knowledge & Skills

Basic knowledge of computers ability to send and receive e-mail. Use of step ladders, forklifts, pallet jacks, rolling stairs and other apparatus to reach elevated shelves. Work with materials and merchandise including metal venting, sheet metal, as well as HVAC products. Hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company insurance policy.

Pay Range:

$22.93 to $28.68
