In this contract-to-permanent opportunity, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing orders, coordinating communication, and partnering with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is handled with accuracy and care. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by delivering responsive, friendly, and customer-focused support.
• Guide new customers through the account setup process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.
• Coordinate and track daily shipments for assigned accounts, helping ensure products arrive as expected.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on order status, shipment details, and delivery expectations.
• Communicate production schedules and anticipated timelines to help customers plan effectively.
• Investigate customer questions and concerns, collaborate with internal teams, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Process customer credit card payments through the company's online payment platform.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, shipping documentation, certificates, safety forms, and other order-related requests.
• Work closely with Production, Shipping, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
