Job Summary: 

Execute F&B prep plan/food for the day according to par sheets or instructions.  Preps products assigned to his/her station. 

Essential Functions:

1. Follows culinary plan for the day and preps food per direction of kitchen leadership.
2. Long hours sometimes required.
3. Prepares meats and seafood for line and special functions.
4. Prepares food in accordance with Vitria on the Square's recipes.
5. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
6. Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
7. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
8. Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.

Physical Requirements:

These physical demands represent the physical requirements necessary for an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the described essential functions of the position.

1. Medium work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and /or 80 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
2. Ability to stand for long hours at a time.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

1. High School Diploma.
2. 1+ year experience in an upscale banquet kitchen.
3. Culinary school preferred.
4. ServSafe Certified.
