Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Philadelphia, PA office - with hybrid or remote flexibility introduced after the training period. We've designed it this way intentionally: the onboarding experience sets you up for long-term success.

Note: Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate and be an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar. A minimum of 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience is required. Applications without this background cannot be considered.

Job Description

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume litigation caseload with efficiency and precision
• Draft, review, and file pleadings in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Represent the firm at hearings, status conferences, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members to advance case strategy
• Develop creative, risk-mitigating solutions to complex legal challenges
• Work across practice areas including foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, title claims, and REO closings

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required
• Active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar
• 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience (required)
• Background in title, bankruptcy, and/or mortgage banking strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, multi-office environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills
