We are Innovators And Market Disrupters We Believe In Taking Risks And Inspiring Minds We Believe in Personal Leadership And Product Excellence Our mission and purpose are: To Design, Engineer, And Manufacture Advanced Composite Building Systems Compensation $18 - $26 yearly Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation of manufacturing machinery Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints Ability to understand instructions and execute them Knowledge of the principles of CNC operation US Work Authorization Detail-Oriented Skills (Determined by an Assessment) This would be for 1st shift, but flexible to work overtime or change schedules if needed in the future Responsibilities Operating a variety of machines, including CNC Machines, to produce products according to production specifications Ability to read shop drawings Ability to do simple math calculations, understand fractions, and perform tape measurements Monitoring and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards Troubleshooting production issues and making mechanical adjustments to restore machines to optimal operation Completing routine preventative maintenance on the machines, including lubrication and cleaning Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr
