Receiving & Quality Assurance Associate (Full-Time, Temp to Hire)

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving & Quality Assurance Associate to join a well-established manufacturing company. This role is perfect for someone with receiving, warehouse, or production experience who enjoys hands-on work, accuracy, and a steady Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sign for incoming deliveries
• Compare purchase orders with packing lists and invoices
• Enter all receiving data into NetSuite; record receipt numbers on all documents
• Work closely with QA to ensure materials are inspected and returned to inventory promptly
• Coordinate with Purchasing regarding incorrect or damaged deliveries
• Assist QA/Regulatory and Materials teams with vendor returns and nonconformance issues
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain proof of delivery for drop shipments
• Maintain and update SDS sheets; distribute revised copies to appropriate departments
• Support receiving and warehouse personnel daily
• Meet weekly with Supervisor to review outstanding issues
• Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
• Coordinate breaks and time off with department staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of receiving, warehouse, or production experience
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Working Conditions

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Onsite position

Physical Requirements

• Long periods of standing and sitting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
