Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting the day-to‑day operations of our distribution center. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Working with a wide range of beauty products—including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and more—you will help ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and readily available to support business operations. Location: Ronkonkoma, NY (In Person) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure products are properly organized Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy Process inventory replenishments and transfers between locations Monitor inventory activity and identify discrepancies or trends Maintain inventory records and related documentation Assist in evaluating and improving inventory processes Communicate inventory issues promptly to management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient inventory flow Support loss prevention efforts through routine inventory audits Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Slack Experience in inventory, warehouse operations, retail, beauty, wellness, or a related industry is preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18.50–$22.00, based on experience Employee discounts on beauty products and other brands Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus supplemental benefits after 60 days 401(k) with up to a 4% company match after one year of service Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays (prorated during your first year) Opportunities for professional growth within a fast‑growing company If you are organized, dependable, and looking to build your career with a growing company in the beauty industry, we encourage you to apply.
