We're seeking skilled professionals with experience operating CNC Mills and Lathes, performing offsets, changing tooling, and maintaining tight aerospace tolerances.If you're detail-oriented, quality-driven, and ready to grow your career in a high-precision manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!Why Join Our Team?Aerospace Industry ExperienceClean & Professional Manufacturing FacilityFull-Time, Long-Term OpportunityAdvanced CNC Mills, Lathes & Multi-Axis EquipmentConsistent Monday-Friday ScheduleCollaborative Team EnvironmentFocus on Quality, Safety & Continuous ImprovementAvailable Shifts1st Shift? 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMMonday - Friday2nd Shift? 3:00 PM - 12:00 AMMonday - FridayIncludes: 30-Minute Lunch BreakTwo Paid 15-Minute BreaksWhat You'll DoAs a CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in producing precision aerospace components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.Responsibilities:Operate and adjust CNC Mills, Lathes, and Multi-Axis MachinesPerform machine offsets and tooling changesLoad raw materials and install toolingRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructionsMonitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standardsPerform first-piece and in-process inspectionsUse precision measuring equipment, including:CalipersMicrometersGaugesTroubleshoot machining issues and make offset corrections as neededAccurately maintain production and inspection recordsConduct routine machine maintenance and cleaningFollow all safety, quality, and company proceduresPartner with Engineering, Programming, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing processesRequired QualificationsMust Have:Experience operating CNC Mills and/or CNC LathesAbility to perform tooling changes and machine offsetsExperience operating multiple CNC machines simultaneouslyExperience working to tight aerospace tolerancesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using precision measuring instrumentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipPreferred QualificationsExperience with Multi-Axis CNC EquipmentAerospace Manufacturing ExperienceFamiliarity machining aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloysKnowledge of CAD/CAM softwareUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principlesAbility to troubleshoot machines and make minor program adjustmentsWho We're Looking ForYou take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in a precision-driven environment.
