Job Description Job Description Position Summary: We are searching for a candidate with metal fabrication and TIG welding experience to learn the skill of vibratory feeder bowl manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for building, TIG welding, and troubleshooting basic vibratory feeder bowls prior to final assembly, and complete the finish welding and cosmetics of bowls tooled by a journeyman. Responsibilities: Use engineering drawings to build and weld automated equipment Responsibilities include TIG welding, bending, shearing, and forming a variety of metals from mild steel to aluminum and stainless steel Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to pass an in-house weld test Good mechanical ability and knowledge to operate standard welding equipment Self-starter with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Positive attitude, initiative, and dependable, have safe working habits Basic measurement and math skills Interest in working as part of a small and growing company Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:30am start Compensation: $25.00 per hour Benefits: Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Bereavement Leave Retirement, 401(k) Personal Advancement Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Application Period: This position will remain open until filled.
