Baystate Dental of Westfield is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Westfield, Massachusetts to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental of Westfield, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority. 

  Status:   Hourly

Schedule: Tue 3-7 Wed 8-5 Thur 8-7 Fri 8-5 Sat 8-2

  What We Offer: For Full TIme

Compensation & Incentives   

• Competitive salary range: $50-$55/hour 
• Start with a  guaranteed base rate of $50-$55/hour . You will also have the opportunity to earn 33% of your net production when it exceeds your guaranteed hourly compensation — with the difference paid as a production true-up. Simply put: You earn whichever is higher — your guaranteed hourly pay or 33% of care provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care 
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays 
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols 

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene 
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) 
• Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort0
