Senior Dynamics 365 & Copilot Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Dynamics 365 & Copilot Analyst.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Tampa FL (Remote)
 
Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service Premium, including case management, queues, SLAs, entitlements, agent productivity tools, and security.
• Design, develop, and support Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, voice bots, and self-service solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Contact Center/Omnichannel capabilities across voice, chat, and SMS channels.
• Develop and customize Dataverse components, including tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and solutions.
• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 customizations using C# plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps) and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Design and implement custom connectors, REST API integrations, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Utilize Azure Services, Managed Identity, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AI technologies for secure and scalable solutions.
• Create reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable customer service, contact center, and AI-driven self-service solutions.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
