Your Role:

• Provide compassionate nursing care with dignity and respect for residents

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality care services for residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards of care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

• Encourage restorative care to support resident independence and well-being

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff members

• Support resident safety, comfort, and emotional well-being

• Assist with treatments, medications, and nursing interventions within scope of practice

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable and professional with reliable attendance

• Passionate about providing excellent resident care and supporting fellow team members

• Motivated to grow professionally within long-term care leadership opportunities
