Human Resources Generalist
Sevita
Sevita is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our mission-driven healthcare teams. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for staff providing community-based care. You’ll guide managers on performance management, policies, and employment law compliance, while assisting with benefits, leaves, and HRIS data accuracy. The HR Generalist will support training initiatives, foster an inclusive culture, and partner with leaders to address workforce needs. This role is ideal for an HR professional passionate about improving employee experience and patient outcomes.
