Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapy - Santa Rosa, California

Step into a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position that offers the chance to make a meaningful difference for elementary students from transitional kindergarten through sixth grade. Qualifications & Experience:

• CCC-SLP certification, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric, school, or healthcare-based SLP practice
• Skills in group therapy, individualized intervention, and assessment
• Ability to collaborate well with faculty, families, and remote support staff
• Commitment to documentation, progress tracking, and effective communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services primarily via group therapy to students in TK through 6th grade
• Conduct a small number of student assessments before the school year ends
• Work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment, utilizing virtual guidance and support
• Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP and staff meetings as needed
