Starting Pay: $14.50/hour
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
3rd Shift
Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour Overtime available and required as necessary based on production needs.

Job Summary
The Extrusion Operator is an entry-level position within the ERP extrusion manufacturing area. This role is ideal for candidates interested in careers in manufacturing, production, machine operation, and industrial operations . Team members in this position receive training on one or more of the following production processes:
- Extrusion
- Taping
- Inline cutting and drilling
- Post-curing
- Product packaging and order fulfillment
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures to complete production activities.
- Set up necessary equipment based on established operating standards.
- Verify products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Measure parts using calipers, rulers, and other basic measuring tools.
- Support extrusion and downstream manufacturing processes as assigned.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to perform simple math calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to following established procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive production and manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
