Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions
Provide personalized travel recommendations tailored to each clients preferences and goals
Ensure accuracy in all bookings and handle any modifications or special requests
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support before, during, and after travel
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to deliver expert advice

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or administrative background preferred (travel industry experience a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
Must be 18+ with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
