CMA-CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE- EOW

We are looking for a Every Other Weekend Certified Medication Aide who is dual certified (CNA/CHHA) to join our team at Fellowship Village. • Manage the delivery of care to Residents in a compassionate and timely manner under the direction of the Nurse Team Leader or designee.
• Administer routine daily medications, both prescription and non-prescription.
• Observe Residents and report/document changes in their condition.
• Sign medication records and re-order medications according to policy and procedure.
• Provide first aid in emergency situations and report the condition to the Nurse Team Leader and/or physician; complete incident reports as needed.
• Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADL) and encourage appropriate self-care, utilizing the concept of restorative nursing.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures related to Infection Control and safety regulations.
• Leads by example, maintaining a professional work relationship with team members, Residents, Clients, Members, Patients, and family members.

• NJ State CMA certification.
• NJ State CNA/CHHA certification.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology.
