SAP Basis Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in SAP Basis Administration, particularly with S/4HANA, HANA, and SAP BTP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex SAP environments, system upgrades, migrations, and cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Basis HANA Administrator.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Basis tasks: technical planning, installations, configurations, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and more.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA solutions implementation and conversion.
• Mastery of HANA knowledge, including High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
• Experience in SAP system migration using the DMO tool and upgrades.
• Strong SQL scripting knowledge and performance optimization skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP landscape architecture and RISE/S/4 transformations.
• Apply support packages, perform kernel patch upgrades, and manage transport administration.
• Optimize system performance through SQL traces and performance impact analysis.
• Automate SAP basis tasks using various development and scripting approaches.
• Provide on-call support during weekdays and weekends as per the schedule.
