Rate : 60/hr (can go little higher based on their exp level )

We can submit H1b ,but first preference goes to USC and GC

Responsible for Managing SAP Productions, Test/Development, and Disaster Recovery systems

Required Skills

Linux (RHEL and Suse) administration (Mid level) Working Knowledge

SAP Setup TMS and migrate transports across landscape Expert

SAP Create and manage RFC Destinations Expert

SAP User Management Expert

Expert in SAP Batch job Administration

Expert in SAP Technical issue troubleshooting

Unix scripting to manage FTP scripts interfaces

Expert in SAP NetWeaver Java instance install/administration

Expert knowledge in Webgui SSO - SAML2 or Kerberos

Disaster recovery validation coordination of annual DR test

Must be an expert in SAP Implement Client/Instance Strategy and System Landscape

SAP/DB Define Contingency Plan (Disaster Recovery) Working Knowledge

SAP/DB Backup and Recovery Planning Expert Must have

SAPGUI Install and roll out patches

End user SAP issue troubleshooting

Proficient in DB Backup Monitoring (Failed Backups )

Optimize SAP system (system tuning)

Expert in ALE/Idoc Administration

Expert in SAP Syslog Monitoring

Expert in SAP System Refresh to Quality/Sandbox

Nice to have Skills

Expert in Knowledge of Network/DNS/Load Balancer etc.

SAP Content Server Administrattion Proficient SAP/DB Architect Solution Proficient

SAP/DB Capacity Planning (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network) / Hardware Capacity Utilization Reporting Expert Nice to haveMonitor SAP systems logs and shurt dumps regularly

Have OS Performance Monitoring (CPU, RAM, ... For reporting)

Expert Nice to haveSAP Security Role management

SAP Security tracing and troubleshooting Expert Nice to haveWork with Internal/external (PwC) audit and provide required documentation

OS File System Monitoring: Monitoring File Systems of the OS , DB and Applications

Able to support Periodic activities or as needed

SAP/DB Develop/Maintain Installation Procedures

SAP/DB Develop/Maintain Project Plan

SAP/DB Determine File System Requirements

SAP/DB Setup OS Kernel Parameters and File Systems

SAP Netweaver Java Instance install and administration

SAP Webapps SSL administration

SAP Upgrade Kernel as Needed

DB Upgrade Database as Needed

SAP Install third party applications

SAP Bolt-On installation

SAP Co-ordination of SAPGUI Distribution

SAP Setup SAP System Parameters and Profiles

SAP Solution Manager install/setup Expert Nice to have
