We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a fast-paced enterprise team supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development , platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and automated testing across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog
- Experience with ATF, Selenium, UI Testing, API Testing, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and platform customization
- Experience with CMDB, Integration Hub, and enterprise workflow automation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD deployment practices
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-GRC certification
- Experience with AI Agent Studio, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Now Assist
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades
