ServiceNow SecOps Engineer

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 12 Months
Must be current resident of Madison, WI no relocation allowed
Requirements & Skills/ Job description:

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

Understanding of development operations (DevOps)

Understanding of software security

Fluency in various programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, and Glide scripting and SQL

Training in software engineering

Knowledge of data structures and algorithms

Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations

Proven ability to create ServiceNow Business Rules, and UI Policies

Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation

Experience with Flow Designer and Service Portal

Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.)

Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs

Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of desire to deliver high-quality work products

Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
