As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers through phone communication. Working within a team , you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage customer accounts with authority to resolve standard issues efficiently. Applicants must be willing to work additional hours in the event of storm or emergency situations.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Conflict resolution skills
• Active listening
