Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Job Description Job Description Anglers Marine NC, a busy boat dealership, is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This is a key position that requires warmly welcoming and directing new and used boat buyers and service/parts customers, cashiering parts sales and service work orders, and answering and directing sales and service calls. Administrative Assistant also manages front desk duties and provides excellent team member and customer support within a small administrative team of 2-5 members by performing vital data entry tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities · Manage front desk activities and maintain a welcoming environment · Handle incoming calls and route them efficiently · Greet and assist visitors with professionalism · Perform data entry and maintain accurate records · Provide responsive customer support and address inquiries .
