Talent Sourcer — Build Talent Pipelines (Employee-Owned)
Rosendin
Rosendin Electric is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to proactively identify and engage top talent for craft, field leadership, and corporate roles. You will build diverse candidate pipelines, support Rosendin's growth, and reinforce our employee-owned culture.
You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools, and market research to connect with passive candidates, pre-screen for fit, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
