Automotive Service Advisor
Are you a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our Baton Rouge team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles
- Inspect vehicles and provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure all work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Keep detailed records of all service and repair work performed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
