This role ensures orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time while driving productivity, quality, and employee performance.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, bulk distribution, logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or supply chain leadership.What You Will DoLead daily bulk warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, and loadingSupervise, train, and develop warehouse associatesAssign work and adjust staffing to meet daily production and shipping goalsMonitor productivity, quality, and operational performanceConduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and reduce damagesTroubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiencyEnsure inventory is handled properly and accuratelyPartner with inventory, transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processesReview operational reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvementMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentEnsure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost savingsBasic RequirementsTypically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.High School Diploma or GED3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations1+ year of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience managing warehouse workflows and employee productivityExperience using warehouse systems, inventory systems, or labor management toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and WordAbility to work a Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to Completion scheduleAbility to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as requiredAbility to stand, walk, and work throughout the shiftPreferred Skills / ExperienceExperience in bulk, high-volume, or large-item warehouse operationsExperience with inventory control and labor management systems (LMS)Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipmentExperience leading process improvement initiativesAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skillsWork EnvironmentOn-site role in a fast-paced distribution centerMonday – Friday, 10:00 AM to CompletionOvertime may be required based on operational needsFrequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handlingUse of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling toolsEnvironment focused on safety, quality, productivity, and customer serviceWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
