THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Store Manager who is equal parts sales driver, relationship builder, and team leader.

This is a client-first, high-energy role for someone who:

You will take full ownership of the boutique’s success by driving revenue, developing a strong team, and creating an exceptional in-store experience that keeps clients coming back.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Leadership & Client Development

•Drive and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and relationship-building

•Actively develop new business and cultivate a loyal, high-value client base

•Lead by example on the sales floor & beyond by engaging, styling, and closing sales

•Maintain a luxury selling environment that is warm, personalized, and elevated

•Implement client outreach strategies, including follow-ups, events, and networking

Team Leadership & Development

•Build a strong, motivated, and client-focused team culture

•Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance goals

•Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development (e.g., weekly touch bases)

•Identify strengths and optimize scheduling to maximize productivity and sales

•Collaborate on recruiting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent

Operations & Business Management

•Oversee all aspects of daily store operations with a high level of organization and detail

•Ensure operational excellence across inventory, processes, and policies

•Manage inventory and support website fulfillment as needed

•Utilize our POS system for sales tracking, reporting, and client management

•Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time

•Shopify knowledge to support online and in store sales

Merchandising & Store Experience

•Maintain an elevated, visually compelling store environment aligned with the brand

•Support merchandising and product presentation

•Ensure every detail contributes to a seamless and beautiful client experience

Events & Trunk Shows

•Participate in and support trunk shows and events across the U.S.

•Leverage events and client connections as an opportunity to build relationships and drive sales

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

•4+ years of store manager experience ( must have store manager experience)

•Proven ability to drive sales and build a client base

•Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect (“gift of gab”)

•Energetic, upbeat, and engaging presence on the floor

•Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

•Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness

•Experience with Shopify and retail systems

•Strong sense of style and understanding of luxury presentation

•Familiarity with the Upper East Side client is a plus

•Background in jewelry, accessories, or luxury retail is a plus

•Ability to travel for trunk shows

•Demonstrated longevity and growth in prior roles
