Senior Quality Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance to quality requirements at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard facility. As a subject matter expert in quality management, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes, customer requirements, and project management, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of Ship Repair related experience Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Ability to work and support operations in a shipyard environment Experience with IFS for TIP Management NBPI or NACE Certification Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) certification Experience with AMPP/QP1 requirements Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor Root Cause analysis training Pay Information Full‑Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
