The posted compensation range of $47.03 - $77.80/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will be at the forefront of cardiac care, utilizing cutting-edge imaging technology to directly impact life-saving diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Every day, you will expertly perform specialized interventional diagnostic and therapeutic examinations of the heart and blood vessels under physician guidance, meticulously preparing patients, operating advanced radiologic equipment, and contributing critical data for interpretation. You'll ensure the safe, efficient operation of all equipment while maintaining mastery of our latest standards and protocols.

To be successful in this role, you will combine advanced technical proficiency in cardiovascular imaging with a meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to patient safety, and a drive for continuous learning within a dynamic and collaborative Cath Lab team.

Essential Job Functions

• Prepares equipment/room to capture appropriate image, per physicians' direction and in adherence to department protocols.
• Delivers patient care for all age groups while in performing exams/procedures.
• Maintains records and logs as required by department protocols and licensure requirements.
• Performs incidental general office duties to include, but not limited to answering phones; inventory management.

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology and one year of recent related work experience which may be obtained through practical education/training, upon hire or
• Graduation from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology and one year of work experience in the core level of the job, or any combination of experience or education that would demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and
• Medical Radiographer: WA, upon hire and
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, upon hire or
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI, upon hire or
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
