Your Role:
As a valued member of our allergy team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with patients.
What You'll Do:
* Conduct safe, accurate allergy testing
* Administer immunotherapy injections, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
* Document patient care promptly and accurately
* Prepare allergy serums
* Monitor patient compliance and provide education
* Collaborate with physicians and advocate for patients
* Support the billing process as needed
Who We ' re Looking For:
* 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN in a clinical setting
* CMA or LPN certification preferred
* BLS certification (preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
* Willingness to travel occasionally to our Oshkosh & Neenah clinics
(Primary location: Appleton)
* Full-time Monday - Thursday (36-40 hours/week)
