T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is a trusted in-home ABA agency committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. We’re looking for motivated and caring individuals who want to grow in a supportive and professional environment.

• Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Record and report on client progress and behavior data.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with families and team members.

Requirements:

• Completion of onboarding documents.
• Resume.
• Up-to-date negative TB test.
• Credentialing documentation (per state requirements)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (must provide transcripts)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work setting.
