Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and print shipping labels using company shipping software and computer systems.
- Verify shipping information and ensure accuracy of labels, addresses, and order details.
- Label products, cartons, and packages according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Assist with packaging, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment.
- Inspect packages to ensure they are properly packed and protected during transit.
- Organize and stage completed shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
- Perform daily PC-based tasks, including updating stock records and inventory systems.
- Manage and respond to shipping-related emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the customer support team as needed.
- Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, organizing stock, and keeping work areas clean and orderly.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform other shipping, administrative, and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
