Production Associate – Responsibilities A typical day includes: Receive and document all inbound warranty shipments Diagnose and validate customer description of defective product Exchange small electronic equipment covered by manufacturer’s warranty Maintain accurate documentation Work closely with team members to meet production and service goals Ensure exchanges are completed safely and efficiently Qualifications Experience with light electronics repair, diagnostics, or troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment Basic computer skills Highly dependable with a team‑oriented attitude Previous repair, warehouse technical, or manufacturing experience is a plus Benefits Day shift hours Casual dress code Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match Employee assistance programs Paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave Professional development opportunities Pay is based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
