Remote Medical Scheduler

To support patient care in a healthcare setting, the full-time Remote Medical Scheduler will manage and coordinate patient appointments for imaging services while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients Maintain accurate records and data entry for appointments Required qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work onsite when needed and remotely Must reside within 50 miles of the office location Previous call center or medical experience is a plus
