Base salary plus commission | Expected annual income of $100,000+

Panama City, FL and surrounding communities in Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties

Full-time with a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and Saturdays

What We're Looking For

• Proven in-home sales success in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing appointments
• Computer proficiency; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, and other residential work areas

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Assess HVAC and plumbing systems and identify replacement opportunities
• Present tailored solutions, pricing, and financing options
• Build trust and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Close sales and maintain accurate records in company software
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
