Smile Doctors in Dallas, TX is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support benefits enrollment, leaves of absence, and HRIS maintenance across our growing network of orthodontic clinics. You will assist with open enrollment, vendor communications, reports, and ensuring compliance with benefits programs, while leveraging MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and strong attention to detail.
