Registered Nurse - ICU

Saint Luke's South Hospital – Overland Park, KS Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Schedule Full Time, 36 hours per week, Nights Responsibilities Provide patient-centered nursing care with compassion and empathy. Lead and support team members to ensure exceptional patient care. Perform the nursing process and perform patient care tasks. Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff. Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients. Consult with other health‑care team members when indicated to ensure optimal outcomes. Assist Intensivists, NPs, and nursing assistants during shifts. Work with Respiratory Therapy available at night. Qualifications Experience: Less than 1 year of ICU nursing experience. Certification: Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Registered Nurse license with an Associate Degree. Benefits Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts.
