Senior Construction Estimator- Based in Napa, California Our client is an established and growing construction organization seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join their team in a key leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned estimating professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze plans, specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with estimators, engineering, operations, and accounting teams. Review subcontractor and supplier pricing for compliance and competitiveness. Develop and maintain historical cost databases and production data. Support bid preparation, pre-bid meetings, and occasional site visits. Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and scope coordination activities. Train team members on estimating software and processes. Support subcontractor and supplier contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience. 6+ years of construction estimating experience, ideally in a senior-level role. Strong proficiency with HCSS, Bluebeam, P6 Primavera, and Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
