Sr. Client Care Representative

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with service drive customers to acquire their vehicles for dealership inventory
• Use AutoAlert to identify and contact potential trade-in customers
• Appraise customer vehicles - take detailed photos and use your phone to scan and upload vehicles into our appraisal system
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, and in-person to facilitate trades or purchases
• Walk the service lane and confidently initiate conversations with customers
• Source vehicles from Facebook Marketplace and other platforms for dealership purchase
• Work closely with management to support dealership acquisition goals

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Comfortable using technology and mobile tools for appraisals and communication
• Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or acquisitions a plus
• Excel proficiency helpful, but not required
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
