Join our team as a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative! In this role, you'll assist customers through inbound calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We provide paid training and are looking for dependable individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Deliver exceptional service with a first-call resolution focus
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
• Customer service experience; at least 1 year required
• Benefits & Open Enrollment experience preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Other Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Flexible availability, including at least one weekend day
• Strong computer and multitasking skills with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
• Comfortable working across multiple software platforms at the same time
• Willingness to participate on camera during training and team meetings

Work From Home Requirements

• Dedicated Workspace: Must have a quiet, secure, and distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours. Reliable childcare is required, as children cannot be present in the workspace while working.
• Phone Service: Landline phone is not required .
• Internet Connection: A hard-wired internet connection is required. Wi-Fi and wireless connections are not permitted.
• Equipment Setup: Must be connected directly from the modem/router to the computer via Ethernet cable.
• Internet Speed: Minimum internet speeds of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required.
