Sr. Program Manager, Bee

Responsibilities Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales teams Own program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple concurrent product initiatives Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and proactively escalating critical issues Establish and maintain program management processes, tools, and best practices Facilitate effective communication and decision‑making across all stakeholders Track and report on program health, metrics, and key performance indicators About the Team Bee is a recently acquired company by Amazon. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of driving process improvement experience Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field Benefits The base salary range for this position is as follows. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
