Manufacturing Scheduling / Expediter

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of orders and set priorities effectively.
• Assess and identify priority orders, particularly those of high value, to ensure their retention.
• Replenish inventory and parts in a timely manner in the warehouse.
• Repair equipment and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and the sales team.

Requirements:

• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to carefully check work and ensure it is accurate.
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Excellent сonflict resolution skills
• Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
• Experience working with contractors
• Strong speaking/writing skills
• Creating and updating Excel Spreadsheets
• Producing Word Documents
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving requirements
