Assembler II


Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled Assembler II to support production operations by assembling components and systems according to detailed specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and product systems following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assemblies
• Mount tanks and install related components
• Perform panel wiring and basic electrical assembly tasks
• Assist with plumbing and fitting compressors
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment (certification required)
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document any deviations
• Use company software for daily production tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Wear required PPE and adhere to all safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training or manufacturing certifications are a plus
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Regular use of hands and tools
• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to safely operate a forklift and maintain required certifications
