Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, and content marketing channels.
Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns using templates and HTML.
Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle marketing programs (acquisition, lead nurturing, retention, loyalty, and re-engagement).
Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate creative assets with cross-functional teams.
Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, deliverability, and campaign ROI.
Support SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, paid search campaigns, and performance tracking.
Create and optimize digital content, including social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets.
Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements across channels.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and HTML email editing.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid search, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Experience with audience segmentation, customer journey orchestration, and lifecycle marketing.
Proficiency with web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, marketing automation reporting).
Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
Strong analytical, reporting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agoura Hills, CA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.46/hr.
