Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health
Full Time | St John's County, FL
Trilogy Home Healthcare , a Humana company, is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our award-winning team. Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams
Be an advocate for patients and help manage care plans

What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Active RN license in Florida
Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus
Strong initiative and independent judgement
