Schedule Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Position As a Registered Dietitian at Alsana, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team supporting clients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. Responsibilities Provide individualized nutrition assessments, meal planning, and nutrition therapy for clients across levels of care Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, chefs, and interdisciplinary treatment teams Facilitate nutrition education groups and support clients in rebuilding trust and balance with food and body Support movement and meal-related programming based on individualized treatment goals Provide ongoing nutrition education and support to clients and families Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program and Registered Dietitian credential required New graduates and newly credentialed dietitians are encouraged to apply Experience in eating disorders, behavioral health, or multidisciplinary treatment settings preferred Passion for eating disorder nutrition care Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with multiple plan options HSA plans with employer contributions FSA Healthcare and Dependent Care plan options Generous PTO, sick time, Covid Time, and 6 paid holidays Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance Short-term disability (company-paid for non-CA; CA uses state plan) Continuing education stipend for eligible roles Voluntary benefits including Supplemental Life, Long-Term Disability, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity LifeMart employee discount program Free meals (position-specific) Join us in helping people feel rooted, engaged, and respected as they find their path to recovery.
