Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet and direct clients, visitors, and guests
· Answer and route incoming calls; take and deliver messages as needed
· Communicate with visitors and callers professionally and courteously
· Support Accounts Payable by reviewing and posting invoices, and maintaining records
· Assist Customer Service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or Metrology 360
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Strong verbal and customer service skills
· Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.
· Professional appearance in a casual environment
· Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
· Works well independently and in a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED required
