About the Role We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Projects Technician to support project-based HVAC work on commercial job sites throughout Florida. This role is focused heavily on metal ductwork fabrication and installation and is ideal for technicians comfortable working overnight schedules and traveling across the state. Location: Central Florida (Orlando-based, travel throughout Florida required) Schedule: Night Shift — Monday-Thursday (4x10-hour shifts, overnight work required) Travel: Regular travel across Florida (per diem or travel accommodations provided based on project) Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour , based on experience Responsibilities * Fabricate, assemble, and install metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, fittings, transitions) * Install HVAC components according to drawings and specifications * Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans * Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal accurately * Hang and support ductwork using proper hardware and methods * Seal, insulate, and finish duct systems as required * Work safely on lifts, ladders, and job sites during overnight operations * Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades * Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Requirements: * Experience in commercial HVAC installation * Strong background in metal duct fabrication and installation * Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings * Comfortable working overnight / night shift schedules * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to pass background check and drug test What We Offer * Steady commercial project work in South Florida * Clear scope, structured projects, and consistent schedules * Opportunity for advancement within project teams * Supportive field leadership and long-term growth opportunities Benefits: At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
